Our Policy

At Cerroni, every garment is custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from ready-made or off-the-rack clothing.

This policy explains when refunds or returns may apply.


Custom-Made Products

All Cerroni garments are made to order based on:

  • Your measurements

  • Fabric and style selections

  • Design approvals provided during your fitting

For this reason:

  • Change-of-mind returns or refunds are not accepted

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started


Alterations & Fit Adjustments

If your garment does not fit as expected:

  • We may offer reasonable alterations at our discretion

  • Alterations do not apply if your measurements, weight, or posture change after fitting

  • Additional alterations may incur extra charges

Our goal is always to deliver the best possible fit.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your garment has a manufacturing fault or does not match the confirmed order:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment

  • Provide clear photos and details of the issue

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • Or another suitable solution


Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Cerroni is not responsible for delays caused by fabric availability, production timelines, or third-party couriers.

Delivery delays alone do not qualify for a refund.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults as defined by law.
